Single bedroom available in shared house with plenty of privacy. Private bathroom. We are in Almagro, a quiet and well connected quarter, 7 blocks a large park, Parque Centenario, where you can go jogging. Neighbourhood of houses, very quiet al night. Close to commercial center of Palermo, where you can find shops, bars, cafes and beer-houses. Well connected area, you can get easily by bus or subway to other parts of town. Many bus lines close to the house. There is also a cycle - path just in front of the house, and it connects with a network of cycle - paths around the city. You can rent a bike in the rental-bike station.

Amenities include internet, wifi, sommier (includes bed sheets), fan, heater, desk, wardrobe and washing machine. It also counts with a terrace. The room has a lot of natural light and fresh air coming in from the outside. Also there is space in the house to for example keep a bike. Shared kitchen fully equipped. Conveniently located close to subway, supermarkets, restaurants and parks. All the expenses are in my charge. Room in large and great house located on Acuña de Figueroa and Sarmiento streets, in the heart of Almagro. It is one and a half block from Corrientes Avenue, along which several bus lines go past, together with the B subway line, and six blocks from “Parque Centenario”, a beautiful park where people run, ride their bicycles, and do all kind of outdoor activities. Also, a fair takes place during the weekend. Almargro is well known for the large offer of teathers, cool bars, restaurants and green areas.

This house has five fully equipped bedrooms, three of them for rent, a large and luminous patio and terrace, a kitchen and a laundry area with a washing machine. The price includes cable TV, Wi Fi Internet access, and sheets and towels. In the house lives the owner, Martin. The room has single bed, two places for clothing and a desk, sheets and towels.

Habitación en amplia y hermosa casa, ubicada en el corazón de Almagro, en Acuña de Figueroa y Sarmiento. Se halla a una cuadra y media de la Avenida Corrientes, por donde pasa una gran cantidad de colectivos, junto con el subte de la línea B. A seis cuadras se encuentra el Parque Centenario, un hermoso lugar donde se puede correr, andar en bicicleta y realizar todo tipo de actividades al aire libre. Además, se lleva a cabo una feria durante los fines de semana. Almagro es una zona muy conocida por su amplia oferta de teatros, bares, restaurantes y áreas verdes.
