THE ROOM
Two floors. 6x3.7 meters downstairs and 4x3.7 meters upstairs. Includes a fan.
THE HOUSE
The shared spaces are the dancing room, the dining room, the kitchen, the patio, the bathroom and the toilet in the patio. We have washing machine, fans (not AC) and many books!
THE BUILDING
Historical building in San Telmo, Buenos Aires.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
San Telmo is the oldest and most genuine neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Every Sunday, it hosts its famous open-air crafts and antiques Market.
The house is only 20 meters away from Caseros Avenue (very nice cafes and restaurants), 100 meters from the huge Lezama Park, 500 meters from the Sunday Market and 1000 meters from Puerto Madero, La Boca and the City Center.
It is safe.
