We are an Argentinian-Canadian couple and we have a huge house that we share with roommates from different parts of the world, and our dog.
We have private bedrooms available for next semester starting now. They all have their own private bathrooms. They are big and bright, with a queen size bed, night table, bookcase, desk and chair. There is also a fan and a heater..
You can enjoy the common areas of the house like our relaxing backyard with grass and beautiful scented flowers. There is a very nice Spanish Style Patio. The kitchen is big, fully equipped and comfortable with two fridges, and there are two dining rooms and a huge living room area.
Our house is located in a beautiful quiet street in Almagro, just around the underground station Castro Barros line A and 5 blocks from line B Medrano. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and nightlife around. There are nice parks and green areas within walking distance like Parque Centenario. There are many bus connections everywhere, very close to Palermo and downtown.
It is a quiet house perfect for relaxing and it is not a “party place”. We live in an apartment on the top floor. We are looking for someone who is buena onda, respectful, relaxed and who also loves dogs.
€280/300- It includes wifi, use of washing machine, all bills and taxes, no commissions or extra fees. We ask for a half a month refundable security deposit. Rooms are individual and private.
