Hi there! My name is Macarena, I'm the landlord but I'm moving to another apartment but my friend Evelyn (and her cat!) are living in the house. We are argentinians and we would like to share our flat with you during your stay in Buenos Aires. THE HOUSE IS JUST FOR 4 PEOPLE IN TOTAL AND ONLY GIRLS (In Spanish bellow).
The location is great! Placed in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, the house is six blocks away from the subway (M. carranza Station - line D), and the train station (Mitre), and close to many busses, which leads you either to downtown or to the countryside. We're also so close to Palermo Viejo, a beautiful neighbourhood full of restaurants, pubs, stores and night life!
There are many supermarkets closer (Dia, Carrefour, Bonpland Market).
The house has 1 beautiful room left for rent with private restroom, comfortable common areas, and a great balcony and terrace. It's fully furnished and equipped.
The common areas include a living room with TV (Netflix, Spotify and Youtube), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry and Terrace with parrilla and small pool.
The room includes:
- Double Bed
- Bed Clothing
- 2 Towels
- Closet
- Desk
- Heater/ fan
The rate per month is 450 usd.
The price includes:
- Wifi - Internet Access
- All taxes and expenses
- Housekeeping once a week

Hola! mi nombre es Macarena, soy la dueña de la casa pero me estoy mudando a otro departamento y mi amiga Evelyn (y su gato!) son quienes estará viviendo en la casa. Somos argentinas y nos gustaría mucho compartir nuestro espacio con vos durante tu estadía en Buenos Aires. La casa es solo para 4 personas en total y solo mujeres. Actualmente viven una argentina, una española y una inglesa! Y solo queda una habitación libre.
El lugar es muy bueno, un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Estamos a 6 cuadras del subte linea D estación M. Carranza y del tren línea Mitre, además de tener cerca varias paradas de buses que te llevan al centro o a las afueras de la ciudad. Estamos muy cerca además de Palermo Viejo, áreas con varios restaurantes y bares que tiene mucha vida nocturna!
Las áreas comunes incluyen el living con TV (Netflix, Spotify y Youtube), dos baños, la cocina, el lavadero, un balcón, la terraza con parrilla y una piscina pequeña.
La habitación incluye: ropa de cama, toallas, calefacción, aire acondicionado, cama doble, armario y escritorio.
El precio de la habitación es de 450 usd.
El precio incluye todos los servicios y acceso a internet, además de la limpieza de los espacios comunes una vez a la semana.
IMPORTANTE
- Tiempo de estancia mínima 3 meses.
